Your Rétro-Gaming® orders are delivered free of charge to Belgium, France, Luxembourg and the Netherlands, with no minimum amount. Delivery times, charges and tracking: everything is detailed below.

We ship to Belgium, France, Luxembourg and the Netherlands. Is your address in another country? Contact us at Support@retro-gaming.be before placing your order: we will tell you whether delivery is possible.

Delivery times run from the confirmation of your order. They depend on the destination and the delivery method chosen: you receive the precise estimate when you order. A delay may occur for reasons beyond our control.

Delivery process

Processing
Order confirmed and payment received: we process and dispatch it within 24 hours.
Dispatch
We ship to the address provided or to a pick-up point. Check your details so that everything runs smoothly.
Tracking
As soon as it ships, a tracking number is emailed to you so you can follow your parcel.

International delivery

You order, we take care of the rest: no customs charges, no import tax and nothing to pay on delivery in Belgium, France, Luxembourg and the Netherlands, because everything stays within the European Union.

Receiving your order

Parcel received? Check the packaging and the contents. In case of damage, contact us within 24 hours. Not in when it is delivered? A delivery notice tells you where to collect your parcel.
