Delivery process
Processing
Once your order is confirmed and payment received, we process it within 1 to 2 working days.
Dispatch

Tracking
A tracking number is emailed to you as soon as your order is dispatched.

For deliveries outside Belgium, customs duties or local taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the delivery charges shown.

Receiving your order
Inspect the packaging and products upon receipt. If there is any damage, contact us within 24 hours. If you're not home for delivery, a delivery notice will tell you where to collect your parcel (Bpost or Mondial Relay).
